For the international region a separate consent document is not required: data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Legal basis instead of a separate consent
In the international region (GDPR), personal data processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and — where applicable — consent requested at the point of the relevant action. A separate 152-FZ-style "Consent to Personal Data Processing" document is not used here.
